We have whole lambs for sale that you can reserve now with a $100 deposit. Our lambs are raised on their mother's milk for the first 6 weeks of their lives, and then are moved out to pasture where they rotationally graze through our fields of grasses and clover. They will be ready to slaughter beginning in October 2017. Our lambs will be slaughtered and butchered according to your specifications at Cudlin's Meats in Newfield, and then you can pick up your box of lamb from us at our farm or in Ithaca, NY. We can also ship lamb (for a fee) through Regional Access.

Our lambs are sold by the hanging weight at 5.00/lb hanging, plus a $75.00 processing fee (we are using Cudlins Meat Market in Newfield, NY this year. The lambs typically hang at between 35-55 lbs. A whole lamb will generally fit in a half-bushel CSA wax box or a paper grocery bag. The amount of meat that you get back will depend on how you decide to have the lamb cut (more bone-in cuts = more poundage back to you).
